New Cat Condos is a company that offers an extensive line of basic and themed cat trees. Their latest model is designed to look like a real tree, complete with a small house that’s fully enclosed.
This cat tree looks like a mythical tree house. The quaint design has a whimsical feel that will look great in any room. The unique design and different colors give the cat tree a unique look, but it’s also very functional as well.
While it comes with just a single enclosed cubby for sleep, the roof of the cubby features a multi U shaped design that provides three to four extra sleeping spaces for your felines.

If you’re dreading a lengthy, complicated assembly process then you’ll be happy to know this model arrives fully assembled. This is a huge plus for most buyers.

Maintenance
The thick carpet can be easily cleaned by hand with a mild detergent and a sponge. Before cleaning with a detergent make sure you do a small patch test in order to avoid damaging the carpet.

The roof of the cubby is covered in dark brown carpet, while the posts and house are covered in a light beige color. The platforms and base of the cat tree are covered in light green carpeting.
These posts are designed to satisfy your cat’s natural instinct to sharpen, file down, and clean their nails. Sisal is very thick and durable. Basically, it’s the perfect material for a cat tree. It may fray over time, however, it can easily be replaced.

The tree is seven feet tall, forty inches deep, and forty-eight inches wide. Unlike competing models, this cat tree won’t take up too much floor space. Instead, it focuses more on vertical height.

This is a durable, handcrafted cat tree that’s designed to look like a real tree. The manufacturer markets the tree as a cat playground, and it’s easy to see why. Your cats can race up and down the structure, use the sisal covered posts to sharpen their claws and take advantage of the many sleeping spots the tree offers. Since the tree is made out of solid wood and is well-built, you won’t have to worry about the tree falling over in the middle of the night when your cats are the most active. The solid construction of the tree makes this model suitable for larger felines.
However, it doesn’t have built-in toys like the Go Pet Club four level cat tree, one of the Premier’s competing models, but it offers the type of height the Go Pet Club cat tree lacks and older, active cats prefer. Additionally, the Go Pet Club cat tree also lacks covered sleeping spots, which is also a must if you have other animals in the home or small children and your cat constantly hides during the day or searches for a safe, quiet spot to call their own.
The height of the tree and the different levels will also allow your cats to establish their hierarchy, with the top perch reserved for the leader of the pack.
